In Tanzania, in the Arusha region, on rich volcanic terroirs, some of the best Arabica varieties are cultivated. The single-origin selected for the Trismoka collection is an Arabica that grows between 1500 and 1900 metres above sea level, is harvested by hand and processed according to the washed method. The medium-light roast allows this coffee to adapt perfectly to filter extraction. Perfect also in espresso for those searching a brilliant aromatic acidity.
