In Minas Gerais - a large state in the south-east of Brazil, in the hinterland of the country - the coffee plantations are mainly found on the hills, between 1050 and 1200 meters above sea level. The particular climate allows Trismoka to create a coffee for bars, homes and offices called Brasile Specialty, from the Trismoka Single Origin collection: an espresso which, in the cup, is well balanced and full-bodied, with low acidity, medium sweetness high and an excellent dark chocolate aftertaste. When tasting, it reveals hints of ripe fruit and caramel. To be missed.
