Trismoka Challenge is the event that, every year, celebrates the Italian art of coffee on the stage of Golositalia, the taste fair of Montichiari (BS). Since edition 2018, Trismoka has renewed the format of the event, turning it into a talent show for the best baristas of tomorrow: the students of hotel schools. During the 3 days of performances and competitions, the 12 performers compete "with express shots", in front of a jury of journalists and food bloggers. Up for grabs: the title of best young talent for coffee.
Raciratou Sambale is the winner of the Trismoka Challenge 2019. She has risent the top of the podium, demonstrating her talent in the making of espressos, cappuccinos and creative drinks, based on a monorgine coffee from Panama. To cheer for her, the teachers and classmates of the institute Serafino Riva di Sarnico, who first believed in his skills and shared with her this innovative training experience.
